The Foundation is proud to award grants throughout Barry County to a wide variety of programs and projects that positively impact the lives of its residents. We look forward to working with nonprofit, educational, and government partners to make positive, sustainable change in our county through our grantmaking process.
Our grantmaking is strategic while remaining responsive to the changing needs of our county. The Foundation focuses its grantmaking around the Seven Elements of a Healthy Community and identifies needs in each of these sectors: Arts and Culture, Basic Needs, Economy, Education, Environment, Health and Wellness, Vibrant Communities. Programs that are aligned with one of the seven elements will be given priority.
